Binter Canarias (also known as Binter) is a Spanish airline that has its base in the Canary Islands and its headquarters in the Gran Canaria Airport. The airline belonged to Iberia until in 2002 it was sold to Hesperia Inversiones Aéreas adopting the name of Binter Canarias, S.A.
The airline is of a regional nature, with flights operated under the franchise regime by Navigation and Canarian Air Services, Canarias Airlines and Air Nostrum Líneas Aéreas del Mediterráneo. At present only a minority of flights are operated directly by Binter.
The Binter Canarias fleet is made up of ATR 72 type aircraft of the 500 and 600 series, and CRJ 1000 aircraft rented to Air Nostrum.
